I don't have your staff but do have some information for you. The Rolex 727 is a 13" chronograph that its base caliber is a Rolex 72A. Under the 727 Jules Borel shows a generic staff100/1351 staff with a shoulder of .60. The rolex 72A is the basic of the Valjour 72 and on that page of borels they list even more staffs. You will have to do some measuring as there seems to be different hairspring shoulder sizes ect.
