At this time of global concern, AWCI is closely monitoring developments related to the COVID-19 virus. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted. The safety and well-being of our members, students, and event attendees is very important to us.

AWCI is following the latest guidance from local, state and national authorities as it relates to travel and participation in our events and clases. Decisions whether or not to cancel classes are based on the advice of medical professionals and government agencies.

As it becomes necessary to cancel events we will communicate via email and keep our website up-to-date with the latest information. We have instituted a no-questions asked refund policy during this period of global concern.
