CLOCK 100: Know your value

This class is designed to prepare you for the challenges of operating a successful and profitable clock or watch repair business in the 21st century.  Most of us do not have the advantage of working for a large corporation where business policies are already in place written by some unknown upper level manager.  Most independent watch and clockmakers end up finding our own way through trial and error.  During this class I will share those policies I have developed over long periods of time that have been beneficial to me for protection and profit.  We will also discuss shop organization, long-distance repairs, deposits, guarantees, estimating and the value of clockmakers and watchmakers to the public, your image, promotion of that image via websites and social media.
