Learn tips and techniques to better estimate modern watch repairs. The practices of estimating will be re-evaluated for updating your procedures. This will include hands on estimating and damaged parts will be shown for viewing. Data from industry will be used to support new ways of accessing the estimate. Business practices that are counterproductive to today’s environment will be discussed and suggestions may be offered. An “Estimating Process Chart” will be used and provided to each participant.
